Tricia C. Reyes joined AM Insurance in 1997. Ms. Reyes now heads the Accounting Department and is responsible for all its functions. Ms. Reyes brings over 6 years of diverse administrative experience to AM Insurance. She received her Associates Degree from the International Business College, Tamuning, Guam and is presently attending the University of Guam and pursuing her degree in Accounting.

Catherine S. Gutierrez joined AM Insurance as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager Marketing Representative. She started her insurance experience in customer service at Universe Insurance Underwriters in 1987. Over the years she gained valuable insight in marketing and sales by servicing commercial, government and personal accounts. In 1992 she joined All State Insurance Company and served as an Administrator and Manager. As the Government Account specialist, Gutierrez handles all government accounts and she works closely with the General Manager to provide personalized and professional brokerage services. She has comprehensive claims handling experience and is trained in both commercial and personal insurance lines.
