Muna brings to her firm over twenty
years of insurance knowledge and experience.
She is uniquely qualified to access Excess
and Surplus Lines Insurance markets in Europe
and America. Ms. Muna gained valuable insight
into marketing and management at Universe
Insurance Underwriters, Inc. where she served
as Production Manager for fifteen years.
Her professional training includes marketing
and underwriting for casualty, property,
auto, bond, aviation and marine insurance.
She also specializes in risk management
analysis and loss control. Her international
training includes seminars in energy, bonds
and liens, and aviation insurance. A graduate
with top honors from the University of Guam,
Ms. Muna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration with a double major in Management
and Public Administration. Ms. Muna formed
AM Insurance in January 1994, in response
to a growing need for excess and surplus
coverage of large local companies. She is
a licensed independent broker and can access
numerous international markets for her clients.
Ms. Muna a played a major role in assisting
the Guam Port Authority in a victorious
arbitration battle for compensation of damages
caused by the major earthquake in August
1993. Her expertise of insurance awarded
the Port Authority the victory of funds
to repair their damaged piers and to instate
improvements as well.

Jennifer Muna
Aguon brings over 20 years of experience
in office administration to AM Insurance.
A former Personnel Service Administrator
for the Guam Community College (GCC), Mrs.
Muna Aguon's work experience includes computer
science, surveying, accounting and real
estate management. She currently holds a
degree in computer science. During her tenure
with GCC she produced policies and procedures
in Human Resources management that were adopted
in part by both GCC and the Government of
Guam. As a result she received numerous
awards for her efforts in improving Guam's
education system. She recently served as
a Board member of the Government of Guam
Retirement Fund, setting and adopting policies
for over 30,000 active and retired Government
employees and their families; while overseeing
the management of the $1.4 billion dollar
reserve. She has served on numerous non-profit
organization Boards and Committees; providing
leadership or assistance in raising hundreds
of thousands of dollars for Guam. As a member
of

Insurance, she brings a wealth of experience
and knowledge in administration, human resources
and technology.
